1. About Hazir
Hazir is an employee attendance-management service intended for authorized business users and their employees.
2. Authorized use
You may use Hazir only when authorized by the business operating the attendance workflow. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another employee or manipulate attendance records.
3. Attendance verification
The service may use employee information, attendance time, selfie/photo and location information to validate attendance. A request may be rejected when information is missing, inconsistent, outside an authorized location, duplicated, expired or otherwise fails configured validation rules.
4. WhatsApp communication
Where WhatsApp is used, messaging is subject to WhatsApp/Meta availability and applicable terms. Hazir cannot guarantee delivery of every message when external services, networks or devices are unavailable.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting attendance for another person without authorization
- Providing false or manipulated location or identity information
- Attempting to bypass attendance-validation controls
- Interfering with the service or its infrastructure
- Using the service for unlawful purposes
6. Service availability
Hazir aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Privacy
Use of Hazir is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
