- Selfie or attendance photograph

- Technical and workflow information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service
2. How we use information
Information may be used to identify authorized employees, validate attendance requests, record check-in/check-out events, prevent duplicate or invalid submissions, provide support, and protect the service against misuse.
3. WhatsApp and third-party services
Hazir may use WhatsApp/Meta services to receive and send attendance-related messages and media. Information may also be processed by infrastructure or service providers used to operate the attendance system.
4. Location and photographs
Location information is used for attendance validation and related operational purposes. Attendance photographs are used as part of the configured attendance-verification workflow.
5. Data retention
Hazir retains attendance and related operational information for as long as reasonably necessary for attendance administration, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, or other legitimate operational purposes. Retention periods may vary according to the business using Hazir.

Hazir uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
