How to request deletion
Email support@myhazir.com with the subject Hazir Data Deletion Request.
Include enough information to identify the relevant account or records, such as the phone/WhatsApp number used with Hazir and, where appropriate, the organization or employee code.
What happens next
We will review the request and may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is authorized. We will then delete or de-identify applicable personal information where deletion is permitted and appropriate.
Records that may need to be retained
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, protect the service, prevent fraud or abuse, or otherwise permitted by applicable requirements.
